W. Jeffrey Vollmer


Jeff’s practice involves general and complex civil litigation and appellate advocacy spanning a wide range of subjects and issues. Jeff is a primary member of the trial team at Goodwin and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout West Virginia. Before joining the firm, Jeff served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. As a result of his diverse practice experience, Jeff is well-positioned to offer strategic insight regarding a wide variety of civil disputes in West Virginia. He would be happy to consult with you about your case.

Jeff is married to Shannon Vollmer. They have three children: Will, Lila, and Jack. Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and Crossfit workouts.
